I decided to close my account with you today after 30 odd years with you. I havent used it in recent years and felt that if I were to have a credit union account going forward Kilrush would be more practical for me. To say that Noel made me feel I had insulted him personally is an understatement. It was my 1st time dealing with him in all my years with you and he made no conversation with me even though he was chatting amiably with the previous customer when I entered. He had me put my signature in various places, handed over my 83.62e and when I said thanks very much he did not utter a syllable nor did he say goodbye!
