Very disappointed. It seems as if he only wettened the carpet rather than clean it. All Staines are still well present, he tried to talk himself out of it in saying that the stains won't come off - once the carpet was dry which was about 7hours later I noticed that even the toothpaste stain was still there!!! Which in my opinion should have come off easily if this man would have done his job right! Won't recommend to anyone!
