Had the most upsetting experience in this hair studio today the 1st May.Arrived in at 9:50 am for my 10:00am appointment.Drove 25mins to the hair salon.Was still there 40mins later.Throughout my time waiting no one came over to me to explain the reason for the delay.When l explained that l had to leave , the owner asked if she could put up my hair.This was not what l wanted to have done.Will never go back to this hair salon again.Had to drive all the way home again without having my hair done.Still so upset snout the whole experience.Rating is 0
