Our experience so far has been absolutely awful. We bought a new oven last year and it stopped working in the middle of October this year. We immediately contacted Woddies from whom we purchased the oven. They contacted Indesit Hotpoint and they in turn contacted us to send out an engineer to fix the oven. The engineer arrived and had to order parts for the oven. Weeks passed and still no oven working. We had to ring Indesit Hotpoint on numerous occasions. Every time we rang, we were put through to their office in England for 30-40 minutes. Each time, Indesit Hotpoint assured us that the problem would soon be resolved. The new parts arrived but the oven still didn't work and we were told that we would be getting a completely new oven. This was a month ago and still no oven despite numerous phone calls and lots of promises. Just wondering if there anybody in charge at Indesit Hotpoint. I feel that we have been badly treated by this company. Declan and Brenda Fahy.
