BRIDAL HEAVEN - DUBLIN, IE

This is honestly the worst Bridal shop ... i purchased my dress and veil here only to find when i opened out my veil was ripped so i returned it and i was greeted with a rubbish attitude they sent off to have the veil replaced and i drove the 30mins back out to collect it to find it had ink stains all over it the ladie in the shop had myself and my friend trying to clean the stains off the veil she was acting as if i was just been over fussy and it wasnt a big deal at all .. they sent off for another veil so i drove out again to collect it and the same thing the attitude and manner was a disgrace the shop had customers and she was embarressing me again say "i suppose your going to want to examine this one too" loud enough for everyone to hear i did examine the veil as i didnt want to leave without it been correct . Not once did anyone apologise to me for the all the hassle they just projected the blame to me ... i would NEVER recommend them they are very unprofessional and unpleasent .
