Penny Rogers is completely incompetent, passes false information onto her superiors about her clients/patients as well as onto her patients' medical health professionals. She also lies about her own professional qualifications, distorts the truth and is determined to push her own personal tastes and interests - or lack thereof - down service users throats. Her last contract in London was not extended due to how she handled one particular case and her refusal to follow protocol. I was employed there when that occurred. Rating: -0, ought to be banned.
